Can we help? We hope that our website is simple to navigate and good to look at. However, if you feel something isn’t quite right or you need more information, feel free to drop us an email via [email protected] or you can give us a call on 01483 536320. Below is a list of frequently asked questions which may help.
How do I order?
The majority of our products are in stock and ready for you to put in your basket and then purchase by credit card, debit card or PayPal. Add your chosen products to the basket. Go to checkout. Complete the form and select your payment method. If you would rather pay over the phone, please call us on 01483 536320.
When will my products arrive?
Some items are handmade or engraved to order. These too can be purchased via the website, but you will need to complete a form at the checkout to let us know your requirements. The lead time on these products may also vary due to the nature of their production. There will be a guideline in the product description for items longer than a week.
Can I check the text before my product is engraved?
If you were to order a product which has an option to be engraved there will be a form to complete on checkout. Once we have received this form with your payment we will create an electronic mock up of your engraved product. You will need to provide us with a contact email address. We will then email this to you and ask for your approval prior to engraving, You can also make any changes at this point, if appropriate.
I can't find what I'm looking for
That can be very frustrating. Please send us an email on [email protected]
and we will do our very best to help. If the product you were after is out of stock then we will do our best to find you a suitable alternative.
I would like to feature on your blog
We always love looking at our customers' weddings and seeing how our Brides and Grooms have put their big day together. If you would like to feature on our blog we would be very happy to hear from you. We particularly welcome weddings with a handmade feel.
What colour is the engraving?
The engraving colour for our full size cricket balls is that of the natural result of engraving away the top layer of red leather from the ball. The end result is a dark brown colour.
